In 2021 we teamed up with our friends Susie and Bob of Burren Balsamics to design our own range of products! After nearly a full year of tweaking and testing we are delighted with how they turned out. There’s more to come too – so watch this space!
WHAT’S INSIDE
Onion Marmalade – This is a cheese board classic. Elevated by stunning balsamic vinegar adding a welcome tang. There’s no better way to top a burger or hot dog either. Trust us.
Every Day Chutney – Pear, ginger and golden raisin’s all gang together with warming spices to make this chutney something you can truly enjoy every day. The perfect pairing for an incredible Irish Brie or piled into a ham sandwich! It also makes a great alternative to mango chutney with a curry.
Thyme Honey – Irish honey infused with Irish Thyme. We designed this with cheese in mind. Drizzled over a soft goat’s cheese like Siobhan’s St Tola it really sings. But it’s no one trick pony – anytime there is lamb on the table – this should there too!
Beer Mustard – Beer. Mustard. It’s excellent. Cheese toasties are never going to be the same again! Macaroni cheese can only be made better with a dollop too.
Piccalilli – An unrivalled classic. Turmeric and mustard accompanied by top notch white balsamic create the beautiful golden sauce that envelopes the crunchy, seasonally harvested, veggies. Summer salad plates will never be the same!
House Sauce – We describe this warmly spiced beauty as something between a red and a brown sauce – but that feels like we are doing it an injustice. A BBQ can only be improved by it’s presence – and a sausage roll has no greater friend!
Pomegranate Glaze – Balsamic Vinegar of Modena reduction with the floral, fruity tang of pomegranate. Once you start drizzling you’ll not be able to stop!
Granola – The perfect break- a favourite in all of our households!
Magic Sauce – Our own creation, and an epic way to lift almost any meal. Smoked hot sauce with a generous helping of truffle. Pimp your bolognaise, or uplift those chips!
Dunville’s Marmalade – Created in conjunction with our friends at The Echlinville Distillery this marmalade is not only perfect on the breakfast table but also wonderful as an indulgent ham glaze.
Coffee – The much loved Indie Füde blend expertly crafted by Causeway Coffee.
Sweeties – Wee tin of rhubarb and custard sweeties.
Chocolate Bar – Chocolate Manor Indie Füde bar of chocolate.
All of our products are made in very small batches so sometimes we run out. If this is the case, we will replace it with something at least equal in value and deliciousness.
PACKAGING & GIFT MESSAGE
Items will be packaged in our kraft Indie Gift Box with our beautiful graphic detailing where many of the products come from. For gifts with chilled items that are to be posted, a woolcool pouch will be provided.
We also include a hand-written gift message at no additional cost – fill in above or you’ll be asked for one as you complete your order.
