The Melting Pot handmade fudge really is a family affair: three sisters Cathy, Jenny and Dorothy Bittles spending endless hours over their stove at their east Belfast base, perfecting innovative fudge combinations all based from a family recipe passed down the generations. The sisters pride themselves in producing a high-quality handmade fudge made in open pots in the traditional way - unlike many commercial fudge manufacturers, their range of fudges are produced in small batches, hand beaten, hand cut and hand wrapped.
