In an idyllic location just a mile south of Doolin, Co Clare, you'll find David and Vera Muir's little cottage shop - home of The Clare Jam Co. and home to undoubtedly one of Ireland's finest produces of anything in a jar! Their small company packs quite a punch, with over two dozen homemade preserves on offer, and widely distributed in the west of Ireland; strawberry Bailey's jam, poitin orange marmalade and Guinness mustard are keenly sought out.
