What do they do?

Real crisps and not a spud in sight! Golden and red beetroot, carrots and parsnips are handpicked by Joe on his Killeagh farm, then hand-cooked lovingly by wife Sandra till crisp, with a liberal sprinkling of the finest Irish Atlantic sea salt added when still hot.

Why do we love them?

The classic example of why small-batch simply tastes better...and the food judges think so too, with Joe & Sandra walking away with Gold for their scrumptious farm crisps at the Blas na hÉireann awards 2014.
