What do they do?
GRAHAM'S is situated in the heart of the Boyne Valley near Slane, Co. Meath. They have a fantastic hard working and dedicated team. They first began messing around in the kitchen trying to recreate a wholegrain mustard that his grandmother used to make, they got such a good response from everybody that we decided to take it to the local market. It was from these humble beginnings that they began to grow and expand the range, first they started trying to create a classic Dijon Mustard, inspired by a trip to Dijon in France they wanted to make a Dijon with attitude. Local producers in the Dijon region have very strict rules for what can be considered a true Dijon mustard, and by following these you end up with something truly flavorful and robust.
Why do we love them?
Their horseradish sauce is truly superb. They wanted to make something unapologetic, something for the people who truly love these condiments, and it was with this in mind that they settled on a recipe that is absolutely full of grated horseradish.
