What do they do?

At Brambleberry Jams, Alice McIlhagger makes homemade jams, jellies and sauces on an old red AGA in her family kitchen. The jars are hand decorated with mostly reused fabrics and labels are handcrafted from brown envelopes and handwritten and tied with raffia or ribbons. The flavours are seasonal using as much homegrown and locally foraged fruits as possible.
