Aunt Sandra started in the candy and chocolate business in 1953 when she went to work for Mr. Dunn in his little candy shop on the Albert Bridge Road in Belfast, working with him until he retired some 30 plus years later. Not wanting the tradition of handmade candy and chocolate to end she opened her little shop on the nearby Castlereagh Road.
