WorldHost Training Success!

We are delighted that three members of our team here at Indie Füde successfully completed People 1sts WorldHost ‘Principles of Customer Service’ workshop in conjunction with Tourism NI!

The course is designed to empower people to deliver excellent customer service, which is something we strive to obtain in all aspects of our business. We love giving our team the opportunity to learn and grown along side us. And with many great opportunities to shine throughout our upcoming schedule of visitor experiences and the day to day running of our friendly stores – we are all keen to show off our hospitality skills!
