Brie Stuffed Chicken Breasts Wrapped in bacon


2 Chicken Breasts

40g Wicklow Bán Brie

1 Pack of O’Doherty’s Streaky Bacon


Preheat the oven to 220C.

Prepare the Brie by dividing into two equal slices.

Use a sharp knife to cut a pocket lengthways into the chicken breast. Lay the Wicklow Farmhouse Bán Brie into the pocket and close the chicken breast back over the pocket.

Wrap the chicken in the slices of bacon, making sure to cover and seal the cheese stuffed pocket.

Place the chicken into a baking tray and into the oven. Bake for 15minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through.

Serve with your choice of sides. We enjoy this dish with a mixed salad dressed with Llewellyn’s Balsamic Cider Vingar!
