Our cheese is at it’s best for 7 days from delivery – as it’s cut fresh to order from wheels that are at the perfect point of maturation. Please select a delivery day with this in mind.
All of our products are made in very small batches so sometimes we run out. If this is the case, we will replace it with something at least equal in value and deliciousness.

Our cheese gifts come packed inside an Indie craft gift box. For shipping a wool cool pouch will be added at check out to make sure your parcel arrives in optimum condition. Cheese tasting notes are included.
