Our cheeses are cut fresh to order from wheels at peak maturity. For the best flavour, enjoy within 7 days of delivery. Please select your delivery day with this in mind.
As all of our products are made in small batches, we may occasionally substitute an item – always with something equally delicious and of the same value.
