Crozier Blue is the ewe’s milk sister cheese of Cashel Blue, and is made in the same production facility on Beechmount Farm in Co. Tipperary. The same cheese moulds are used to shape both cheeses. Crozier has a rich, full, well rounded flavour. It is saltier and richer tasting than Cashel, yet, like Cashel, the blue has little sting or harshness about it. Crozier Blue has a sumptuous creaminess to it that is the result of the limestone-rich pastures that the ewes graze on.

The superb quality of this sheep’s cheese has earned Crozier worldwide fame and scores of accolades including gold medals at the World Cheese Awards, the British Cheese Awards and the International Cheese and Dairy Awards.

Crozier comes in a beautiful 1.5kg wheel which makes a great layer in one of our wedding cheese cakes!  A cheese like this is guaranteed to impress your guests and the story behind Crozier’s name makes for a great talking point.

Item will be wrapped in waxed paper, and packed for delivery in our eco-friendly Woolcool pouch, guaranteeing a constant temperature for up to 72 hours. The price of the Woolcool pouch is £3.95 which will be added at checkout. Please select a delivery day Wednesday-Friday as we prefer not to ship chilled orders after Wednesday (Mainland UK) or Thursday (NI/ROI) as delays will mean the goods will sit in the couriers warehouse over the weekend and probably spoil.
