The Ispini Mixed Charcuterie Board gives you a selection of all of Ispini’s best bits! If you love a bit of cured meat to go along with your cheeseboard, this is the one for you. There’s something for everyone and since it’s from Dungannon’s Ispini, you know it is going to be of the utmost quality and deliciousness!

Ispini was started by Jonathon Cuddy from Dungannon after a book gifted to him by his wife sparked an interest in cured meats. As he learned more about the artform he developed a passion for it and eventually enrolled in the School of Artisan Food in Nottingham to hone his craft. From this, Ispini was born, and we are very thankful indeed!

The Ispini Mixed Charcuterie Board contains three cured meats: bresaola, fennel salami, and garlic and black pepper salami. A brilliant accompaniment to an Irish cheeseboard!
