Beautiful Irish honey infused with bright and floral Irish Thyme. We designed this with cheese in mind. Drizzled over a soft goat’s cheese like Siobhan’s St Tola it really sings. But it’s no one trick pony – anytime there is lamb on the table – this should there too!
In 2021 we teamed up with our friends Susie and Bob of Burren Balsamics to design our own range of products! After nearly a full year of tweaking and testing we are delighted with how they turned out.
